Once a cleaning/pest control service has been completed to the agreed standard, no refund shall be entertained.
2.Advance Payment Non-Refundable
Booking/advance fees are strictly non-refundable, except in cases of service cancellation from our end.
3.Rescheduling Policy
Customers may reschedule their booking at least 24 hours prior to the service time. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of advance.
4.Service Quality Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with the service, we offer a free re-service within 48 hours instead of refunds.
5.Customer Responsibility
Refunds will not be applicable if the service team is unable to perform due to lack of access, incorrect information, or unsafe premises.
6.Cancellations by Suvidhaa Now
If we are unable to deliver service due to unforeseen reasons, customers will receive a full refund of advance/booking amount.
7.Force Majeure
No refund will be provided in case of delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control.
8.Partial Service Refusal
If a customer refuses part of the service after booking, no partial refunds will be given.
9.Payment Disputes
Any dispute related to payments or refunds must be raised in writing to suvidhanow.in@gmail.com within 7 days of service.
10.Final Authority
Suvidhaa Now reserves the right to take the final decision on refunds, subject to review of service records and customer complaint history.
